With season 9 of Fortnite Battle Royale, Epic Games teams are offering players a new kind of event challenge that is defined by collecting and unlocking items called « Fortbytes ». This is a series of 100 computer chips to be acquired throughout season 9. If 18 are available from the start, all the others will be available over the weeks until the end of season 9 and should allow players to win a mystery image at the end. Of course, only the owners of the battle pass can undertake the quest for the 100 Fortbytes.
★ Note – The Fortbytes are only available for season 9 and will no longer be available once Fortnite season 10 has started. Make sure you collect the 100 Fortbytes before the end, after that it will unfortunately be too late! We will update this page as the conditions for obtaining computer chips are discovered. For some, the link will be clickable and will take you back to a dedicated guide.
