Looks like the last Fortnite update was deployed with a bad glitch. Several players mentioned a vibration problem with their controllers when playing Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode. There would apparently be vibrations in some parts of the map, simply by running or doing other actions or the controller should not vibrate. If you are also affected by this problem and you wonder why your controller vibrates when it wasn’t the case before in Fortnite, we will explain how to disable the vibrations in the game until Epic Games fixes this problem.
Vibration controller issues in Fortnite how fix the problem :
Be careful, it is not possible to disable the vibrations only for Fortnite, by disabling the vibrations of your controller you disable the vibrations for all games. When Epic Games have fixed the bug, remember to reactivate the vibrations of your controller for the other games.
If you are playing on PS4, go to the console settings and go to the  » Devices « category. Then select  » Controllers « and uncheck the  » Enable Vibration « box and you will no longer have any vibration from your PS4 Controller to Fortnite.
If you are playing on Xbox One, press the Xbox button to open System -> Settings. Then choose the option  » Ease of Access « and deactivate the vibrations of the controller.
