Guide Pokemon Let’s Go where to find a Pikachu and an Eevee and how to make them evolve

0

The new Pokemon Let’s Go is available in two versions with two starting Pokémon, Pikachu or Eevee depending on the version chosen. But whether you choose one or the other, there are two or three things you need to know about the possible evolutions of these two starters as well as their capture in the Kanto region.

You will find below details that directly concern them. You will see that it is quite possible to obtain a Pikachu / Eevee, regardless of the version chosen at the beginning, and that evolutions in Raichu, Vaporeon, Jolteon or Flareon are also possible under certain conditions.

★ You can also see after you have finished reading, our complete guide to find all Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee TMs technical machines by consulting the following link : Guide Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee where all the Technical Machines (TM) are located.

Can the starters Pikachu and Eevee evolve ?

Let’s start right away with the evolutions of the two “starters” of the game (understand by that, the initial companion)… If you have chosen the Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu game then you will receive from Professor Oak a Pikachu, if you have chosen Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee, then you will receive in Professor Oak’s laboratory an Eevee.

Be aware that these two starting companions cannot evolve. Pikachu will not become a Raichu as Eevee will not have the possibility to transform himself into Vaporeon, Jolteon or even Flareon. This choice of developers is compensated by a perfect “IV” (Individual Values) of the two starting companions which makes them more powerful than another wild Pikachu / Eevee crossed along the way.

If you want to get the evolutions of Pikachu / Eevee, you will have to travel around the Kanto region and catch others than those obtained at the beginning of the game. It is the ones you will capture by yourself that you will be able to evolve, no matter if you own Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu or Eevee, you will be able to capture these two Pokemon in one version or the other.

☆ Tip: Just like capturing Pikachu, if you make a large combo chain by capturing Eevee without interruption, you increase the probability of getting Eevee candies to use with the candy jar to increase your companion’s statistics / CP.

To obtain all the evolution variants of Eevee, you will need to capture three Eevee, which will allow you to evolve them into Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon.
