There are a total of 60 TM Machines to discover in the game. We learn this information during the adventure by going to the city of Celadon City, there is a passage behind the Pokemon center that allows us to enter the back of the celadon residence.Â

As you walk the dark corridors of Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar Island, you can fight a Coach. Win the victory to get the TM.
- TM 23 Thunder Punch
In Saffron City, you can enter the dojo not far from the Pokemon gym. Inside you can face a coach on the right side of the room. Win the victory and get a new TM in return.
- TM 24 X-Scissor
On Route 12, use the Secret Technique Sea Skim (Surf) to reach a small islet where a Pokeball awaits you which actually contains the TM 24 X-Scissor.

At the Vermilion City, beat the champion LT. Surge (the Lightning Lieutenant) to get the TM machine as a reward.
- TM 37 Flamethrower
At Silph Co. Saffron city, you can obtain this TM on floor 9 in the rooms on the left.
- TM 38 Thunder
In the abandoned power plant, look for a Pokeball on the ground, one of them contains the TM 38 Thunder. You will need use the Secret Technique Sea Skim (Surf) to enter the abandoned power plant from Route 10.

On the victory road once you have obtained all the badges, look in the cave for find a Pokeball on the ground, one of them contains the TM 45 Solar Beam.
- TM 46 Fire Blast
In the small Cinnabar Island, answer the questions of the gym leader Blaine (good or bad, whatever) the master of the Pokemon quiz to have the right to face him. After your victory you get the TM Fire Blast.

On the victory road after getting all the badges, look in the cave for a Pokéball on the ground, one of which contains the Blizzard TM.
- TM 52 Sludge Bomb

At Silph Co. in Saffron city, go to the 4th floor, in the rooms on the left, you can obtain the TM, it is placed on one of the two shelves.
- TM 55 Ice Beam
You can get it by visiting the cave on Seafoam Island. The TM is placed on the ground in a Pokéball.
- TM 56 Stealth Rock
On the victory road once you have obtained all the badges, enter the cave and push the blocks using the secret technique Strong Push (strength) to find the TM in a Pokéball.
- TM 57 Pay Day
You can get this Technical Machines on Route 4 by beating the coach trainer.
- TM 58 Drill Run
On the Route 17, you can face a new Coach trainer. If you win the victory he will give you the Drill Run Machine Technical Capsule as a reward.
- TM 59 Dream Eater
On Route 12, win the victory against the coach waiting on the wooden bridge on the left and you will get Dream Eater in return.
- TM 60 Megahorn
You will get the last and 60th TM of Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee in Cerulean City. You can fight the coach trainer who blocks you from entering the cave of Cerulean after having completed the Pokemon league at the indigo plateau and become a master. Beat the coach and you will get the last TM of the game.
☆ Tip : If one of the Technical Machines (TM) you use has few PPs, you can use a PP Up or PP Max in your inventory to increase the number of uses of the technique you have activated for one of your Pokemon.
